Called Mr Gas after having no hot water spoke to Andre who arranged a day to come over suitable for me. Chris and Ben came round and fixed the problem cheaper than quoted! Very courteous and answered all my questions couldn’t recommend them enough.

Boiler fixed and serviced

Extremely courteous, friendly and professional pair of workmen came round to assess and fix a problem with my Worcester boiler. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, the boiler issue was fixed (along with a radiator leak) and a full service of the boiler completed as well. Highly recommended

New boiler fitted

Our boiler finally died. Andre and his team at Mr Gas were able to fit a new boiler the next day. Chris and Ben arrived on the dot of 8 in the morning. New boiler was fitted within a day. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Big thanks to all at Mr Gas.

New boiler fitted

Andre and Chris really came to my rescue. My boiler was at the end of its life and leaking badly before I went on holiday, so they came in while I was away and drained it so it didn’t flood the place. They then arranged to fit a new boiler as soon as I returned and I was very impressed. Huge weight off my mind, wish I’d sorted it sooner!

New boiler

The work was carried out in a timely and friendly manner. Everything was explained well and was no trouble. The guy’s were very polite and respected our home. We were quoted 1 1/2 days for the job to be completed and were pleasantly surprised that they completed on the first day. We would highly recommend Mr Gas.

Installation of new boiler and two new radiators

Andre and his team installed a new boiler and two new radiators at very short notice. I can’t imagine the installation process going any more smoothly than it did. A key benefit of using Mr Gas was their great familiarity with Vaillant boilers – which they seem to install an awful lot of. They also identified the need for a wider gas supply pipe, something a national chain who also quoted for the identical Vaillant boiler failed to spot.
