Replacement Boiler Fitted
Couldn’t fault Andre and Chris, our old boiler was stripped out, pipework realigned and new boiler installed. Initial problem with space available to fit the boiler was quickly resolved and the installation went ahead without further problems.
New boiler fitted
Andre and Chris arrived bright and early and worked tirelessly until the job was done! Chris fitted the new boiler and Andre removed the cold water tank in the attic and the hot water tank in the airing cupboard. They were so careful and professional and their teamwork was am absolute credit to them. They left no mess whatsoever and after 3 weeks of no heating it was so lovely to have the house warm and cosy again. I will recommend them to anyone who wants a really good and fairly priced plumbing service.

I found Mr Gas very reliable, punctual, polite and managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. It was refreshing to find a Tradesman with such high standards and would definitely use again moving forward.

Our boiler broke down 8.20am on Friday morning. I called Andre up at 8.30am and picked up immediately and was round my house to investigate the problem in a few hours. After investigation and clear communication it was clear my 18+ year old boiler needed replacing, which he was able to cary out 8.00am the following Monday. Really happy with every aspect or working with Mr Gas, and would 100% recommend.
New boiler and aftercare
Andre and his team were polite and reliable and did the work in the time agreed. When he realised we didn’t need all the work done that was originally quoted he was honest and took it off the final price. We had some problems with the boiler due to a manufacturing error which he went out of his way to help us fix, even though it was not his company’s fault.
Installation of new combi boiler
Absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and the service provided. Chris initially provided us with advice and also undertook the installation. On both occasions he was punctual and totally professional. As newcomers to the area it is great to know we have found a reliable company to look after our boiler and any other similar work that we might need doing. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Gas to anybody.

I found chris a pleasure to do the job he fitted a new valiant boiler and I must say the best boiler I have ever had lovely and warm in my flat .For a local firm they are ex to have to do jobs.I had a minor problem on how to set the timer and a andrea came straight round to show me when I called him I will always use them and think it is good to support local companies.

Our boiler finally died. Andre and his team at Mr Gas were able to fit a new boiler the next day. Chris and Ben arrived on the dot of 8 in the morning. New boiler was fitted within a day. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Big thanks to all at Mr Gas.

Andre and Chris really came to my rescue. My boiler was at the end of its life and leaking badly before I went on holiday, so they came in while I was away and drained it so it didn’t flood the place. They then arranged to fit a new boiler as soon as I returned and I was very impressed. Huge weight off my mind, wish I’d sorted it sooner!

The work was carried out in a timely and friendly manner. Everything was explained well and was no trouble. The guy’s were very polite and respected our home. We were quoted 1 1/2 days for the job to be completed and were pleasantly surprised that they completed on the first day. We would highly recommend Mr Gas.
Installation of new boiler and two new radiators
Andre and his team installed a new boiler and two new radiators at very short notice. I can’t imagine the installation process going any more smoothly than it did. A key benefit of using Mr Gas was their great familiarity with Vaillant boilers – which they seem to install an awful lot of. They also identified the need for a wider gas supply pipe, something a national chain who also quoted for the identical Vaillant boiler failed to spot.
