Acceptance

It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts an estimate then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total amount of the estimated works will be required before any work will commence.

If works are delayed for any reason, we reserve the right to request payment for all works carried out up to the point of the delay.

A standard £60 plus VAT call out fee applies to all works, this is inclusive of the 1st hours work.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.

The estimate can be subject to change, this is not a guaranteed price and Mr Gas, has the right to amend. However, if the price is to change Mr Gas engineers will always confirm prices with customers before purchasing equipment needed for the job. Mr Gas will reserve the right to decline a job at any time.
